You’re Wasting CarPlay If You Haven’t Downloaded This YouTube App

In this video, we test out Car TV, a newly added Apple CarPlay app on the App Store that allows you to stream videos and access a full web browser right on your car's factory head unit—no jailbreak or hardware modifications required! We cover everything you need to know, including compatibility with iOS developer betas vs. public releases, how to bypass subscription prompts, full-screen playback setup, and tests with major streaming platforms like YouTube, Tubi, and Paramount+. Plus, we run a driving test to see if CarPlay cuts the video feed while in motion.
