Ryan Nystrom uses Raycast thousands of times a day. In this episode of What's in my Raycast, he walks Pedro through his setup on the new Raycast: the favorites he keeps one keystroke away, the app hotkeys he calls his biggest tip, the dictation feature that got him onto a paid plan, and the Docker script commands he had Codex write for him. Pedro also gets him using Quick AI live, and a paper cut Ryan has been living with gets fixed before the episode ends. 0:00 Intro 0:36 Thousands of times a day: the micro wins 1:42 Favorites: light/dark mode and the Coffee extension 3:15 The biggest tip: app hotkeys 5:11 CleanShot extension: restore 6:22 Pedro's way: clipboard history and CleanShot history ← new 8:58 Calculator: durations and UTC timestamps 10:35 Dictation, live 12:37 Lowercase dictation got him on a paid plan 13:28 Custom instructions and dictation styles 13:55 Which dictation, when? ← new 17:03 Extensions: Docker script commands written by Codex 19:15 Quick AI: Tab from root search 21:12 A feature request, fixed live 22:37 Why the new Raycast is so fast 23:19 Thanks and outro Download Raycast: https://raycast.com Follow Ryan: https://x.com/ryannystrom Follow Raycast: https://x.com/raycast #Raycast #macOS #Productivity #WhatsInMyRaycast
